What we do

Tevrano designs and builds websites for small businesses in the Treasure Valley area of Idaho. We also offer ongoing hosting, maintenance, and content updates through monthly plans.

Project scope

Before starting any project, we agree on a clear scope in writing — what's included, what it costs, and when it'll be done. Changes to scope may affect the price and timeline. We'll always discuss this with you before proceeding.

Payment

Website builds require a 50% deposit to begin, with the remainder due before launch. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month. We'll always be upfront about costs — no hidden fees.

Ownership

You own your website. Your domain, your content, your data. If you ever want to leave, we'll hand everything over. There's no lock-in and no hostage situation. The code we write for your site is yours.

What you provide

You're responsible for providing the content for your site — business information, photos, copy, and any branding materials. We can help guide this process, but the accuracy of your business information is your responsibility.

Hosting and uptime

Sites on our monthly plans are hosted on Cloudflare Pages. While we aim for maximum uptime, we can't guarantee 100% availability. We'll address any issues as quickly as possible.

Liability

We build quality websites, but we're not liable for how your site affects your business outcomes. We don't guarantee specific search rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue. We guarantee the technical quality of our work.

Cancellation

Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice. If you cancel, we'll help you transition your site to another hosting provider if needed. No hard feelings.
